3. AI-Generated Content
Games generated by GameForge are created using AI (DeepSeek) based on your descriptions. You retain ownership of the games you create. We may use anonymized game patterns and statistics for improving our AI models, but we will never share your specific game content with third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Waffo Pancake - Payment processing (they receive only payment-related data)
- DeepSeek - AI API for game generation (your prompts are processed under their privacy policy)
- Service Providers - Hosting, email delivery, and analytics (bound by confidentiality)
- Legal Requirements - When required by law or to protect our rights
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Session cookies are required for the service to function properly.

- Free tier games: Deleted after 30 days of inactivity
- Paid tier games: Retained while subscription is active
